I cannot say enough wonderful things about Spectrum Hemorrhoid Solutions, Rebecca, and her entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with an incredible level of kindness, professionalism, compassion, and respect. Rebecca is truly exceptional. She has the perfect combination of being extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being warm, caring, down-to-earth, and genuinely funny. Her sense of humor immediately puts you at ease, which means so much when you are dealing with something that can obviously feel very personal or uncomfortable. She has a way of making you feel completely comfortable, never embarrassed, never rushed, and truly cared for. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the people she is helping and takes tremendous pride in what she does. That level of personal attention is rare. I would recommend Spectrum Hemorrhoid Solutions to anyone without hesitation. Rebecca and her staff deserve far more than five stars. What can I say, but such a welcoming and supportive staff.  Rebecca is so sweet and friendly, knowledgeable.  She would listen to every question, never rushed me in any of the visits I had, and was just a diamond in the rough in the medical field.  The staff is as kind and supportive as well.  Every one would tell me they work with her because she genuinely cares about the patients.  I absolutely see why.  And the staff is just as sweet and welcoming.  Twenty five years of issues, and after a few treatments I have never felt better "down there.". Rebecca was unbelievably empathetic, and I felt like a person, not a number or even a patient. I love Rebecca and her team (Nurse Jessica)! They are absolutely incredible, they will make you feel comfortable and at ease at all times throughout any procedure or any injection/etc. I remember leaving my first appointment with Rebecca and telling my loved one that I would allow her to be in my intimate areas at any time for any services that I would ever need at any time because of her bedside manners. This place is amazing. The medical assistant and the doctor are extremely kind, polite and professional. The wait time was almost zero and the office is top notch. The exam was painless and quick. I really appreciate how the doctor took several minutes to explain to me what was going on and her recommendations. I highly recommend this facility if you're having any issues of this type. Rebecca Zwick and her team are fantastic! I came in with severe pain and discomfort down there postpartum and she was able to provide me significant relief in just two days! Her treatment is efficient, conservative, and effective. Rebecca goes above and beyond as she offers a direct line to call for follow up questions and personally checked to see what I was doing.
